How does billing work?
– We will bill your plan manager directly
– Most participants access the Assistance with Community Social and Recreational Activities under your Capacity Building or Core budget.
– Some of our programs are tailored to each individual and will access different NDIS budgets. We work with your Coordinator of Support (COS) to ensure that budgets and funding are correct and monitored.
– Our services are 1:1 and billed under the appropriate line item.
What happens if I want to join other programs?
You are not limited to one program. Our goal is that you enjoy your time at the farm. We will tailor your day to your interests and your goals. Some participants come several days a week and some only for 2 hours, its up to you!
What happens if I don’t want to come anymore?
At Lewis farm we don’t have a 7 day cancelation of services. If you decide not to come anymore, please inform the staff. We only ask for 24 hour notice period as a curtesy.
Can I be dropped off?
Yes (and No)… Lewis farm provides the animal feed up, horsemanship, patch and walking group programs. If the participant is able to stay without a support worker, then we encourage and are happy to support you. If you require assistance with daily living these requirements will be discussed upon time of initial booking.
