How To Book

  • Contact the farm to discuss the interests of the participant. The individual’s session is discussed and booked. Goals, ambitions, likes and dislikes are all considered prior to arrival. A coordinator or care company may make the enquiry.
  • We aim to have clients booked in for regular weekly sessions, allowing us to teach the skills and responsibility, train and share information. Some clients need to start with an hour and build up. 
  • A waiver, medical and billing form is filled out by parent, guardian, or participant. 

On Arrival

  • Client arrives at the farm with support person.
  • Initial discussion on what we have planned for the session.
  • We encourage the carer to be engaged, contribute, and partici[ate if staying for the session/
  • At the end of each session. We give and receive feedback including participants likes and dislikes. (With will go toward planning the following session)
  • Wet weather options available at the homestead and farm shed. 
  • 24hr cancelation policy.
